## 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Made 4 Devs ("the Marketplace", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. ## 2. Platform Overview Made 4 Devs is an independent digital goods and developer asset marketplace connecting creators and developers. Products sold through creator stores include scripts, models, UI frameworks, and game development assets. ## 3. Digital Goods & License - When purchasing assets on Made 4 Devs, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital goods in your projects. - Reselling, redistributing, or claiming original ownership of unmodified assets downloaded from the platform is strictly prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the seller. - Delivery is handled digitally via tokenized download links or serial license keys immediately visible in your Purchases library. ## 4. Creator Stores & Selling - Creators are responsible for the assets and documentation they publish on their storefronts. - Assets containing malicious code, backdoors, stolen IP, or unauthorized third-party content will result in immediate termination of the store and removal from the platform. - Individual creator stores may specify supplementary delivery instructions and store-specific terms applicable to their products. ## 5. Refunds & Support - Because digital goods are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment, refund policies are determined by seller discretion unless the product is non-functional or materially different from the description. - Support inquiries should be directed to the respective creator via their verified store page or via your User Dashboard. ## 6. Prohibited Activities You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the marketplace checkout, delivery tokens, or user accounts.
